11/03/2008. I read in last night's Evening Standard about the weekend's "Any Questions" where Ken Livingstone, who, as everyone will no doubt remember, invited Sinn Fein representatives to County Hall at the height of the troubles.
Ken raised quite a few eyebrows when he commented on the recent violence in Gaza, by drawing a parallel between Sinn Fein/IRA and Hamas. 'You have to talk to the [people who are doing the killing' said Ken. Does he mean ignoring anyone who isn't a terrorist?
The audience was horrified. More so it would seem, by a mysterious middle aged blonde woman, who was wearing a badge marked "Visitor", who shouted, 'Good', when panellist Matthew d'Ancona pointed out that Hamas wants to destroy Israel.
Her comment, audible on the broadcast the next day, drew angry responses from surrounding members of the audience and a confrontation as she left the building - but, who was she?
No one seems to know, anyone with any clues?
